This decree sets out the practical procedures for the collection and distribution of taxes and fees collected in terms of exploitation, transport, trade, industry and control of forest products in the Republic of Benin, in accordance with Article 17 of Law No. 2006 and Article 14 of Article 14 of Law No. 2007-33 of Law No. 2007-33 of January 2, 2008, concerning respectively the finance law for management 2007 and 2008.
