This document is a mission report. Indeed, following the resumption of the coordination of OGRAN by the organization Awely, its director, Renaud Fulconis, went to Niger and Benin in the company of Rachel Berzins, who had led the 2005/2006 mission, in order to identify the actions already undertaken by OGRAN and to meet its members from Benin and Niger. The broad outlines of the discussions are in this document.
