The purpose of this report is to present the launching workshop for the revision of the SPANB in Benin and the preparation of the fifth national report on biodiversity. The project is in line with the GEF — 5 results chain, aligned with GEF strategic objective 4 (Strengthen national and regional capacities and conditions conducive to the protection of the global environment and sustainable development).
