This guide, which is the capitalization of the achievements of the project to strengthen the adaptation capacities of municipalities in Alibori in the face of climate change initiated by the NGO IDID in the department of Alibori, is the result of the collaboration of the project with the Association for the Promotion of Intercommunality in the Department of Alibori (APIDA). A first version of the guide was developed for the integration of climate change adaptation into Communal Development Plans (PDCs).
