2014 Dec 31Endogenous strategies for the protection of animal and plant species in Avlekete in the town of Ouidah (Benin), West Africa
In general, there are various plant and animal resources in Avlékété, both aquatic and terrestrial. These are becoming more and more rare. This study aims to study the factors of loss of biological diversity, to highlight certain techniques for the conservation of agricultural products and the endogenous reasons for the protection of certain animal and plant species. To achieve these goals, data was collected using an interview guide and direct observation. Populations are developing adaptation and conservation strategies to safeguard the biological diversity of the environment: deities participate in one way or another in the management of the water and the forest. This document explains everything better.
