This national forest inventory aims to prospectively delineate the wood fuel supply basins of the eight main urban centers of Benin, for a sustainable supply in the next twenty years. These urban centers were: For the south of the country (Cotonou, Porto Novo, Porto Novo, Abomey-Bohicon and Lokossa); for the center (Djougou, Natitingou and Parakou) and for the North (Malanville).
