From 23 to 25 April 2012, at the Hotel du Lac, in Cotonou, Benin, the workshop on the role of the national Exchange Center (CHM) for the period 2013-2019 was held at the Hotel du Lac, in Cotonou, Benin, the workshop on the role of the national exchange center (CHM) for the period 2013-2019, brainstorming on the implementation of Belgian cooperation in partner countries in partner countries. This workshop was part of the partnership established between the Belgian CHM (BE CHM) and the partner countries of the Belgian Development Cooperation in order to strengthen capacities for the establishment of national CHMs. It was intended, on the one hand, to assess the agreements concluded between the focal point CHM Belgium and the DGCD respectively for the periods 2003-2008 and 2008-2012, and on the other hand, to gather the opinions of African countries on the future areas of work to be developed in the coming seven years. This document is the workshop report.
